Our Terms and Conditions

Payments must be made in full upon customer Store-Pickup or upon Delivery.

For larger events with greater total price, we may ask for a partial deposit that goes towards your payment.

NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT

 

​Rental Terms:

a fee being charged each day the equipment is not returned after a 3-day rental period. Repair or replacement fees will be charged for lost and/or damaged equipment.

​

ALL rentals must be returned in the same condition in which was delivered. 

Linen and items may not be returned with candle wax, burns, graffiti, etc.
